Hildegard Sherman

Hildegard Sherman, beloved wife of Jerome for sixty-three years, with three wonderful children, Karen, Marc and Keith and six grandchildren and was a resident of Little Rock for 57 years. Born Hildegard Schroeder in Hamburg, Germany November 14, 1929, a survivor of the Holocaust, came to America in 1949, earned advanced academic degrees, taught elementary and high school, was a member of various community and Jewish organizations and a life master in bridge. She was a devoted friend to many, here and abroad. Celebration of Life 4 p.m. Sunday, November 15th at Temple B'Nai Israel, 3700 N. Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock 72212.
