Jack Bradford Bunch, 91, of North Little Rock, went to be with his Lord Saturday, November 14, 2015 with his family by his side. He was born March 8, 1924 in Belfast, Arkansas to Fred and Bessie Bunch. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, J.D., Wayne and Milton and one sister Vera Dennis. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 68 years, Ruth; daughter, LaNita Woods (Rodger); two sisters, Imogene Laster and Betty Moran; and a host of nephews and nieces. Jack loved to raise a big garden, to hunt, fish and go camping. After working many years in the Donaghey Building in maintenance Jack retired from his own paint and drywall construction company. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and returned to serve in the Lord's Army for many years as a deacon and in the treasurer's office of Amboy Baptist Church and Baring Cross Baptist Church in Sherwood. Jack was known as a perfectionist in his work and life. His motto was "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right!" Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery, Sheridan, Ark.
