LEE L. COOPER, 83, of Little Rock, Ark., passed peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015. He was a member of St. Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, Ark. Lee L. served in the Korean War, US Navy and retired with 30 years of service, Ford Motors, Dearborn, Mich. He was preceded in death by parents, Leonard Sr. and Rosie Cooper; son, Gerald Cooper; brothers, Leonard Cooper Jr. and Gregory "MC" Cooper. His loving survivors include: daughter, Phyllis Cooper; sons, Lee L. (Saundra) Cooper Jr., Ronald (Darlene) Cooper all of Little Rock, Ark., and Sean (Melina) Cooper of Vallejo, Calif.; sisters, Cora Cooper, Stockton, Calif., and Helen Lairry (Rev. Edward); brother, Nathan Cooper, Little Rock, Ark.; aunt, Rosie Summons, Little Rock, Ark., and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, 11 a.m., at St. Mark Baptist Church, 5722 W. 12th St., Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow with honors at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 Maryland Ave., Sherwood, Ark. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015, 5-6 p.m., at Greater Second Baptist Church, 5616 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock, Ark. Services entrusted to: Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S.
