Arkie Mae Mathews

Arkie Mae Mathews, 84, of Morrilton went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 24th. Born in Altheimer, Ark. to parents, David and Susie Tiner, Arkie is preceded in death by her parents, brother LD Tiner, sister Billie Jo Redfield, daughter Sherry Lee and her first husband, Ira Tracy. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Clinton Mathews, her daughters Brenda (Nolan) Henderson and Linda Bridges; sons, Mark Tracy and John (Sandra) Tracy; brother, Eugene (Brenda) Tiner; sisters, Eva Lee Smith and Vivian (Robert) Smith; grandchildren, Kristie Mack, Shelly Boyette, Anthony Boyette, Cary Billings, Lexie McPherson, Ira Henderson and Brett Tracy along with 13 great-grandchildren. Arkie was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She will be remembered always for her sweet, loving spirit. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 27th at Otter Creek Assembly of God Church with burial to follow at Salem Cemetery in East End.
