Tolbie Jay Phillips

Tolbie Jay Phillips, age 76, died November 22, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Doris Pauline Phillips; children, Steve, Larry, Gary, and Teresa Phillips, all of North Little Rock; brothers, Claudie Phillips of North Little Rock and Rickey Phillips of California; 24 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Leona Rooney Phillips, grandson, Billy Pickard, daughter-in-law, Linda Phillips, and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at the family home Tuesday thru Friday. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 28 at Morgan Full Gospel Church, Maumelle, with burial in Cadron Valley Cemetery, Greenbrier.
