Lloyd Fred Crawford

Lloyd Fred Crawford, 78, of Jacksonville died Wednesday, September 30, 2015. He was born October 12, 1936 in Winterhaven, Florida to the late Fred Lloyd and Ruth Barnes Crawford. Mr. Crawford served 20 years in the United States Air Force. After retiring, he worked for the Jacksonville Convalescent Hospital and later retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He attended Maddox Road Baptist Church and loved to camp, fish and travel. In addition to his parents, Mr. Crawford was preceded in death by his wife, Deanna Weston Crawford, a son, Burt Crawford, sisters; Ann Watson, Mary Vaughn and Evelyn Campbell and a brother, Burt Crawford. Mr. Crawford is survived by his daughter, Shawn Wren, two grandchildren; Chandler Weber and Kaylianne Weber and one sister, Nancy Farmer. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, October 3, 2015 in the chapel of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home with burial following at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
