Ray Lyndal Bowman

Bro. Ray Lyndal Bowman died Wednesday, October 14, 2015. He was born at Marianna, June 1, 1930, the son of Lester and Lola Casteel Bowman. Bro. Ray pastored churches in Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Surviving is his son, Stan Bowman (Danielle) of Grove Hill, Ala., daughters, Melissa Speer (Ben) of Lakeland, Tenn., and Karen Lynch of Conway. Grandchildren, Kelly Perry, Allison Allen, Aaron Bowman, Chris Speer, Dustin Speer, James Turner and Nathan Lynch and 12 great-grandchildren. Brother, Bobby Bowman (Ruth) of Conway. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Nettie Ann Bowman, siblings, James Bowman, Equilla Bowman and Barbara Sue Petersen and son-in-law, Marshall Lynch. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Carter Cemetery in Russell.
