Tommy Evans, 74, of Concord died, October 16, 2015 in Batesville. He was born October 1, 1941 to Albert and Mary Martin Evans. Survivors include his daughter, Ruthie Goodwin; two brothers, John Evans,Gene Evans; two sisters Ellene Cox, Mary Rhodes. Preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Eldon Evans.
