Patsy Sue Fox McClure

Patsy Sue Fox McClure, 82, of White Hall, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born September 25, 1933, in New Hope, Arkansas, to Delton A. and Alma Howard Fox. Mrs. McClure was a graduate of Amarillo High School and Draughon Business College. Mrs. McClure retired from the Pine Bluff Arsenal as the Assistant to the Adjutant. She was a faithful member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church. She loved animals, bowling, encouraging others, and devoted her life to her family as a Godly mother and wife. Mrs. McClure was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Peggy Fox. Survivors include her husband, Bill McClure, whom she married February 14, 1955; two sons, Mike McClure, of Fort Smith and David McClure (Lisa) of Fayetteville; three grandchildren, Sydney Thompson, Spencer McClure, and Matthew McClure; siblings, Martha Mitchell of DeQueen, J.D. Fox of Leroy, Illinois, Bonnie Reich and Danny Fox of Nashville, Larry Joe Fox of McCaskill, and Varana Shoptaw of Mena. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with the Reverend Jonathon Wicher officiating. Burial will follow in White Hall United Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Robinson's from 10 a.m. until the service.
