Maxine Young

Maxine Young, 83, widow of Clarence Young, died Wednesday. She was a homemaker and member of Emanuel Lutheran Church. She loved to crochet and crocheted thousands of pairs of booties for the little ones at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Survivors include several nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral is 10 a.m. Wednesday at Turpin Funeral Home with burial in Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Turpin. www.turpin-co.com.
