Oscar James Simmons, 53, of Camden, Ark. departed from this life on Oct. 15, 2015. He was preceded in death by mother, Thelma Simmons; father, Oscar McCoy; siblings, Deloris Simmons, Linda Thrist and Jannie Mccoy. He is survived by children, Lisa (Ornando) Wesley, Akeem Simmons, Deshawn Simmons; siblings, Lavern Stafford, Easter Stafford, James Simmons, Mary Grayned, Dan Simmons, Daffodil (Gene) Peyton, Anna Marie Burnett, Rosevelt McCoy, Tina McCoy, Miltida McCoy, Cloteda McCoy, James McCoy; and a host of family and friends.
