C. Harold Munn, 75, of Forrest City passed on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at his residence with his loving family by his side. C. Harold was born in Jonesboro on June 7, 1940 to the late Clarence Hubert and Dessie Curtis Munn. He was a 1958 graduate of Central High School in Little Rock, and after High School he went on to join the US Army National Guard where he started his law enforcement career with the Military Police. He served in his communities for over 40 years in law enforcement. He worked for the Arkansas State Police, Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, Benton City Police, Mayflower Law Enforcement, Forrest City Police Department, and St. Francis County Sheriff's Office. He dedicated his life to Law Enforcement, and he was a member of the River Life Assembly of God in Little Rock where he was a charter member. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Brenda Scott Munn of Forrest City; two sons, Steve and Tommy; two daughters, Ellen and Lisa; one brother, Larry Munn of North Little Rock; two sisters, Patricia Munn Howell of Houston, Ark. and Mary Alice Munn of North Little Rock; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in the Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Bobby Minick officiating. Interment will follow at McDaniel Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
