Clyde Robert Ingels

Clyde Robert Ingels passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015. He was born in Pomona, California on May 6, 1931 to the late Clyde Thomas Ingels and Irene Jane Gerry. He retired from General Dynamics/Hughes Corporation. Bob graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering. He was an active member of card club and achieved Life Master Status. He loved trains, being an inspiration through scouting as a scout leader and staying active in the lives of his family. He possessed the ability to be Director of Engineering at General Dynamics. He has blessed all our lives with his tremendous love and humor. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children Kenneth Ingels, Lawrence Ingels, Jeffrey Ingels, Rebecca Maxwell and Laura Holmes; and his 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and his brother Gary Roger Ingels. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Ingels and their son David Ingels. Celebration of life gathering shall be held at Ponce de Leon Center at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015.
