WILLIAM F. (FRANKIE) RUSSELL, 84, of North Little Rock, passed away September 6, 2015, with his family by his side. He was born November 1, 1930 in Little Rock, to the late Ray and Frances Russell. Frank was known as "Pud" by his friends, and "Gaga" by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Frank was a graduate of North Little Rock High School in 1948. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War in the Armored Division. Frank worked for the John B. Dyke Company, and later for the Stanley Corporation for many years. Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Della; his son, Charles L. "Lenny" Carroll (Becky); three granddaughters, Holly Fleenor (Jerry), Charity Carroll, and Hope Bonner ( James); and four great-grandchildren, Ashton, Ella and Briley Miller, and Jerry Fleenor, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Russell.
