Penny Kelley

Penny Kelley, beloved wife and mother, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015. Penny was born Penelope Stratton on October 29, 1959 and lived in Camden all her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn Earle 'Doc' and Nell Stratton and is survived by her husband, Michael Robert Kelley of Pine Bluff, Ark.; her daughter, and son-in-law, Jessica and Jonathan Self of Chicago, Ill., her daughter, Melissa Kelley of Savannah, Ga.; her brothers, Mike, Dan, Jeff and Randy Stratton and their families; her sister-in-law and dear friend, Gail Stratton; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bill and Marie Kelley of Cabot, Ark.; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Carl Kelley of Houston, Texas and Cindy Maynard of Quaker City, OH and their families; her lifelong employer and dear friend Lamar Moore of Camden, Ark.; and far to many friends and loved ones to count. Penny was a member of Timothy United Methodist Church of Camden. Funeral services will be held at Proctor Funeral Home, located at 442 Jefferson Street, Camden, Ark. on September 17, 2015 at 2 p.m. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Penny was a warm and loving friend, a wonderful wife and mother, and a true lady. She was a rock for so many who knew her, and she is deeply missed.
