Willie Edward "Eddie" Tallent, 80, of Hot Springs, died Saturday Sept. 12, 2015. Memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Grand Ave. with Brother Max Rathbun officiating.
