Yasuko Kariya

Yasuko Kariya, age 92, of Searcy, died Monday, September 14, 2015 in Searcy. She was born December 8, 1922 in Los Angles, California to Sumi Ichikawa and Sumiichiro Hori. She is survived by one son, Chris Kariya and wife Janet; three daughters, Cathy Latimer and husband Ronnie, Karen Kariya, C.J. Mitchell; four grandchildren, Jennifer Latimer, Staci Booher, Jessica Latimer, Monica Mitchell; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ruby M. Hori of Los Angles. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Art Kariya; and one grandson, Michael Mitchell.
