Charles H. Summerhill, 81, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 18, 2015. He was born in Center Ridge, Arkansas to the late Ernest and Lena Hutson Summerhill. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Lorene Alberson and Dinah Underwood. He is survived by his wife of sixty years, Geraldine Summerhill; three daughters: Lavetta (Ron) White of Yazoo City, Mississippi; Nacretia (Mike) Seymour of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Tracy (Larry) King of Redfield, Arkansas; six grandchildren: Adam (Jessica) White, Brian White, Christy (Trace) Lewis, Cody Seymour, Krista (Ryan) Wilson, Joshua (Kristy) King; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, and his special Boston Terrier named Angel. He was a mechanic and was involved in the automotive field for many years. He could fix almost anything wrong with a car and took great pride in his work. He enjoyed hunting and one of his favorite pastimes was spending time at the deer camp with friends laughing and sharing stories. He will be greatly missed by his family. Services will be Sunday, September 20th, 2015 at Roller England Funeral Home, (501) 842-3939 at 2 p.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in Keo Cemetery, England, Arkansas.
