Phyllis Kay Laughlin

Phyllis Kay Laughlin, 79, passed away on Sept. 23, 2015. She is survived by her son; Philip (Rhonda) Laughlin of Rogers; grandson, Dallas; and brothers, Ben and (Carlyn) Bassham, William (Donna) Bassham.
