Ronald (Ronnie) Wilfred Dubois, 76, of Centerton, Arkansas went to be with his Heavenly Father Monday, September 28, 2015 at his residence. He was born January 23, 1939 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island to George Albert Dubois and Edna May Meunier Dubois. He was the founder and successful owner/operator for 38 years of North Smithfield Auto Body in North Smithfield, Rhode Island where he lived for 53 years, and then he moved to Cocoa, Florida. It was in Florida where he met his wife of 10 years, Karen Hufford Dubois. They have lived in Arkansas the past several years where Karen grew up. Ronnie was a very dynamic, cheerful and social man. He worked hard and played hard and treated everyone with hospitality and goodness. His son, Ron, recalls that when he was growing up their home was always filled with music, friends and family singing and socializing with parties and good clean fun. Summertime was spent at a cottage by a lake where everyone was welcome. Ronnie was generous and giving of his time and he loved with passion and humor all those he associated with. He served on the North Smithfield, R.I. town council for two terms in the 1970's and served part time as a police officer. He was a strong man, a hard worker and provided well for his family. He left them a rich and lasting legacy of love. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Timothy John Dubois in 1996; and two sisters, Eileen Gesualdi and Judith Smith.
