Ruby May Bailey

Ruby May Bailey, 89, passed away on April 4, 2016. She was born March 15, 1927 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Will Roy and Bertie (Cheek) Justice. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Clarksville. Those who knew Ruby found her to be a loving mother and grandmother, a friend to all, and a strong person of faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David H. Bailey Jr., and a sister, Patsy Jean Reynolds. She is survived by two sons: David Brian Bailey and wife, Carolyn, of Morrilton and James Loy Bailey and wife, Reba, of Springdale; four grandchildren: Jennifer Roscoe and husband, Johnny, of Conway; Hayden Bailey of Morrilton; Mark Bailey and wife, Jenessa, of Fayetteville; and Brooke Bailey of Dallas, Texas; five great-grandchildren: Abbigale Bailey, Bailey Roscoe, J.T. Roscoe, Dyer Bailey, and Maye Bailey; and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, April 7th at Hardwicke Funeral Home with graveside services following at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas, with Reverend David Hanshaw officiating. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in Clarksville or Arkansas Children's Hospital.
