Phyllis 'Yvonne' Cartwright, 43, died April 5. Survived by her parents; husband, Jason Cartwright; daughter, Kayla May; brother, Ryan Tanner; four sisters: Sheila Wiles, Debbie Tanner, Christina Buffor, and Gayle Tanner. Visitation; April 8, from 5-7 p.m., funeral service will be April 9, 10 a.m. both at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel.
