JEAN SPRUCE, 85, of North Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was born April 28, 1930 in Frankfort, Ky. to Charles and Mary Frances Lakes Day. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James H. Spruce; siblings: Mildred Lucille "Jill" Dukes, Helen Louise Parham, Charles Leroy Day, Jr. and Mary Leona Pelfrey. She is survived by her sister, Olive Frances Braddock; her daughters: Carol Johnson (Larry), Brenda Arnold (Daniel), Beverly Judd (Tim), and Bonita Minchew (Brian); grandchildren: Tracy Drake, Jason Johnson, Randy Johnson, Christopher Arnold, Brian Arnold and Bradley Minchew; great-grandchildren: Kristina Drake, Lauryn Johnson, Eliana Arnold and soon-to-be born, Landon Arnold; and numerous extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, April 12 at Smith–North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
