Perry Dewitt Hope Jr (Pedy, Pete), 51, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, the 16th of April, 2016 at St. Bernard's Hospice in Jonesboro, after a very brief battle with cancer. Visitation will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Emerson Funeral Home followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 4:30 p.m. with Reverend John Miles of First United Methodist Church officiating. A private burial will be at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home handling arrangements.
