Mary F. Griebel

Mrs. Mary F. Griebel, 91, of North Little Rock passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016. She was born October 31, 1924 to Anthony W. and Olivia E. Hart. She was the widow of Ted A. Griebel. Mrs. Griebel retired from the Department of Higher Education of the State of Arkansas. She was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church and a member of the Prudence Hall Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She is survived by two sons, Dale Griebel (May), Gary Griebel (Janet) and her daughter Janet L. Griebel. She is also survived by one sister, Martha Whaley of Chattanooga, Tennessee and her niece, Lynn Carroll. Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Food Bank, 4301 West 65th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 28 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. A private burial will be held at Edgewood Cemetery.
