Mildred Norwood Gradison

Mildred Norwood Grandison, 90, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life on April 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Gertrude Norwood; children, Wilma Grandison Matlock, Gertrude "Teena" Grandison, William "Man" Grandison III and Linda Sue McTyer; great grandson, William Grandison IV; siblings, Marion Norwood, Charles Norwood, Robert Norwood, and Leona Norwood. She was a faithful member of St. Paul UMC Pinnacle Valley Rd., Little Rock, Ark. Mildred was an entrepreneur, a cosmetologist, and part owner of La Girl's Beauty Lounge. She leaves memories with her son, Charles(Brenda) Grandison,; siblings, Wilbur Norwood, Ada Norwood, Gwendolyn (Reverend John) Greene, Gloria (Dr. Roderick) McLean, 19 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, and 22 great-great-grandchildren Family Hour: Friday, 6-7:30 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, 1 p.m., both at St. Paul UMC, 9721 Pinnacle Valley Road, LR, Pastor Anthony Watkins, officiating.
