James Lloyd Bixler 79, of Clinton, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016. He was born September 21, 1936 in Alread, Arkansas to the late James Roscoe and Louisa M. Bixler. Visitation will be 1 p.m. and Funeral Service following at 2 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2016 at Rupert Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
