James Everett Downs, 73, of Waldron passed away August 5, 2016. Family viewing Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 1 p.m. at Beasley Wood Funeral Chapel followed by Military honors at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in the Eagleton Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
