Mary Dixon

Mary Elizabeth Dixon, age 85, of Arkadelphia, died Tuesday August 16, 2016. She was born November 8, 1930 to Clarence and Ester Howell. She was a very active member of Third Street Baptist Church and formerly worked for the Timex Corp. in Little Rock. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Elgie Dixon and one brother, Louis Howell. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Clyde Elgie Dixon; a son, Rickey Dixon and wife Laura of Malvern, Ark.; two granddaughters, Brandy Frohnappel of Nashville, Ark. and Casey Jones of Jacksonville, Ark.; three great-grandchildren, Abby, and Hailey Frohnappel and Nikota Jones; five sisters, Wanda McMahan, Gracie Bunn, and Vera Arnold and Joyce Burns all of Arkadelphia, and Amanda Deaton of Malvern. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 18th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Bro. Greg Latham officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Thursday till service time.
