Gary Don Tate

Gary Don Tate, 67, went to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Gary is preceded in death by his father, Park E. Tate. He is survived by his, mother, Mildred Tate Ellard; sister, Diane Kerr; step-son, Adam Tate; and dear friend, Jacque Reese; and many relatives. Gary graduated from Little Rock Central High School in 1966, quarterbacking there and at Arkansas A&M-Monticello. He worked in the concrete construction business right out of college until recently. Gary and his friends enjoyed and helped each other. Funeral Service is 2 p.m., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas (501) 224-8300. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
