Frederick Arnold Eden

Frederick Arnold Eden, 93, of Fort Smith died Saturday, August 20, 2016, in Fort Smith. He was born October 8, 1922, in Fayetteville, Ark. He retired from Larsen and Wear Construction, where he was office manager and previously worked for an automotive dealership in Fayetteville. His hobby was rebuilding VW cars. He was an active member of First Baptist Church where he volunteered in the tape ministry. A graveside service for the family will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith. He is survived by his son Stan Eden and wife Marylin of Fort Smith and a daughter Pam Drilling and husband Joe of Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his wife Faye Eden.
