Julia Millan

Julia Millan, 81, of Fayetteville passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 in Fayetteville. She was born June 16, 1935 in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Francisco Ramos and Veneda Matienzo. Julia was a homemaker and member of the Catholic Faith. She is survived by her children, Richard Millan and wife, Evelyn of Fayetteville, Ronnie Millan and wife, Aida of Amarillo, Texas and Jeannette Millan and husband, Cardec Martinez of Fayetteville; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
