MRS. BERNICE H. PEARSON, 95, of Little Rock, passed peacefully on August 24, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, September 2, 2016, at 10 a.m., at Miles Memorial CME Church, 1804 East Capitol Ave., Little Rock, Ark., with the Rev. Richard Stokes officiating. Interment will be at Little National Cemetery, 2523 Springer Blvd., Little Rock, Ark. Family and friends are asked to gather at the church Friday at 9:30 a.m. Visitation will be Thursday evening, September 1, 2016, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin and Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72202.
