Connie Garcia

Connie Garcia, 45, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned August 28, 2016. She was born April 11, 1971 to Margaret and Jesse Rutledge in Little Rock, Ark. She was a member of Full Counsel Metro Church. Survivors include one son, Christopher J. Garcia, one brother, Apostle Calvin Key, Sr. (Pastor Velerie Key), two God-sisters, Angel Robertson and Janie Mason, parents, Jesse and Margaret Rutledge of Little Rock, Ark., two aunts, Bernice Sims and Edie Dunnick of Jacksonville, Ark., hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and very close special friend, Melvin Lacey of Little Rock. Family hour will be Friday, September 2nd, 5:30-6:30 p.m. and services will be at 6:30 p.m. at Full Counsel Metro Church Chapel at 16th & Maple St, North Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow on Saturday, September 3rd at 10:30 a.m. at Mt. Shelby Cemetery, Marvell, Ark. by Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, Ark.
