Raymond Vinson Spicer

Raymond Vinson Spicer, 81, of Newport, departed this life Wednesday, December 7, 2016. He was born August 26, 1935 in Olyphant, a son of the late Earl and Merle (Prime) Spicer. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Bradford Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016 at Old Glaise Missionary Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with Bro. Ron Marlin officiating. Interment to follow at Coffeyville Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bradford Memorial Funeral Home of Bradford, Arkansas.
