MARIAN ANDREWS, 91, passed away on Feb. 17, 2016 in Saint Louis, Mo. A visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home followed by a vigil service at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. Marian was born in Danville, Va. to Joseph and Loretta Sauerbeck on April 1, 1924 as one of triplets. She graduated from George Washington High School in Danville. She married Charles Andrews in Danville on April 26, 1952. She was stay-at-home mother of seven and a retired bookkeeper. She raised her family in Milltown and East Brunswick, N. J., Morris, Ill., and North Little Rock, Ark. She spent the past eight years living with her daughter Marie in Saint Louis, Mo. Marian was most recently a member of Saint Pius V in Saint Louis and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in North Little Rock for 35 years. She was avid bridge player, reader and enjoyed her water aerobics even in her later days. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Charles Albert Andrews, Sr.; her son, Robert K. Andrews; and grandson, James Michael Andrews, Jr.; her parents, Joseph M. and Loretta Sauerbeck; her sisters: Etta Mae Preska, Camilla Sauerbeck, and Deborah Rush and brother, Jack Sauerbeck. Survivors are her six children: Charles A. Andrews, Jr. and his wife, Gocki of Westport, Conn., Joe Andrews of Sarasota, Fla., Marie Andrews and her husband, Mike Ohlman of Saint Louis, Mo., James Andrews of Jupiter, Fla., Tom Andrews and his wife, Patricia of Atlanta, Ga., and Steve Andrews and his wife, Julie of Beebe, Ark.; her 10 grandchildren: Freja Andrews of Salt Lake City, Utah, Siri of Ann Arbor, Mich., Miryam Stone and her husband, Adam Stone, Jacob Andrews-Ohlman of Madison, Wis., Nick Andrews of Little Rock, Ark., Alex Andrews of North Little Rock, Ark., Harrison and Kennedy Andrews of Atlanta, Ga., Zachary and Trey Andrews of Beebe, Ark.; and one great-grandchild, Georgia Stone of Davenport, Iowa; and her brother, Joe Sauerbeck of Danville, Va.
