Peter Reeves Green

Peter Reeves Green, age 55, of Alexander, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016. He was born in Denver, Colorado on January 18, 1961 to Tom and Janet (McCune) Green. He was a member of Beta Theta Pi and graduated from the University of Colorado where he obtained a BA in business finance. Mr. Green was the past manager of both Little Rock El Chico Mexican Restaurants. Afterwards, he served as a substitute teacher for the Little Rock School District. He attended the Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock. He loved to fish for anything that would bite and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Green. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Tammy (Robinson) Green; two daughters, Haley Green and Nikki Treadway both of Little Rock; five adored grandchildren, Dylan Morris, Hayden Treadway, Emma Treadway, Khale Whitfield, and Khaydence Whitfield; his mother, Janet Green; two sisters, Alison Green and husband, Danny Chang of Afton, Minn. and Hilary Green and husband, Matt Menzies of Evanston, Ill.; one brother, Tim Green of Chicago, Ill.; father and mother-in-law, Harvey and Sharon Robinson of Tulsa, Okla.; brother and sister-in-law, Michael Robinson and Debbie Thomas, both of whom took great care in Peter; numerous relatives, and many friends. A celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Friday, February 26. 2016 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton (501-315-4047).
