Albernice Frazier, 85 of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life on February 19, 2016. She was preceded in death by father, John Wesley Frazier Sr.; mother, Jennie B. Gober; brother, J.W. Frazier, and sister, Barbara J. Allen. She leaves memories with siblings, Maxine Gaines of Star City, Ark.; Ruth (Richard) Halliburton of Toledo, Ohio; Roy Chester (Dartha) McKinzie of Star City, Ark.; Jake (Vickie) McKinzie of Detroit, Mich.; Jerry Blee McKinzie of Augusta, Ark.; Arthur Frazier, Carl Frazier, and Ardary Taylor.
