Mary Elizabeth Browning

Mary Elizabeth Browning, 89, of Decatur, Ark., died Jan. 28, 2016, at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Ark. Born July 27, 1926, near Tonkawa, Okla. She was the daughter of E.C. and Lois G. (Bruner) Fairless. Mary and Dean Browning were married June 29, 1947. She was a longtime member of Decatur United Methodist Church, Decatur, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents and Dean, her husband of 46 years. Survivors include her daughters Ann Davis of Edmond, Okla., Paula McGhee (Ronnie) of Decatur, Ark., Karen Combs of Claremore, Okla. and Kimberly Browning of Decatur, Ark.; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at Decatur United Methodist Church, Decatur, Ark. Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery, near Decatur, Ark.
