Russell Bruce Kyzer

Russell Bruce Kyzer, 65, of Conway, passed away July 3, 2016. He was born October 6, 1950, in Jacksonville, Arkansas, to James Edward and Katie Lou Kyzer. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant grandson, Cody Austin Kyzer. Russell served in the Army during the Vietnam War and retired from Union Pacific Railroad. He enjoyed drag racing with his son, Austin, and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Kyzer; son, Austin Kyzer; grandson, Jessie Kyzer, all of Conway; two sisters, Flossie Tate of Lonoke and Margaret Richmond of Cabot; two step-children, Ann Bogenschutz of Texas and Kevin Holmes of Georgia; several step-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, July 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. and services on Friday, July 8, at 10 a.m., both at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home, 1751 Dave Ward Drive, Conway.
