Tonya Nicole (McGuire) Fowler, 37, of Dover, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Graveside services will be held at 8 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Moores Chapel Cemetery in Waveland. Visitation will be held Friday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the chapel.
