Eric Gurley

ERIC GURLEY, 62, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away July 2, 2016. He was born Aug. 11, 1954 in Little Rock, Ark., to the late Pete and Jade (Fryer) Gurley. Eric was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Gurley; son, Clayton Singleton and brother, Mike Gurley. Eric is survived by two daughters, Melissa "Dee Dee" Bridgeman and spouse Lisa Brawley of Little Rock and Erica Michelle Gurley and fiancé Sean Ryan of Little Rock; grandchildren, Erin Taylor, Colton Bridgeman, Nicholas Singleton, Nicole Singleton, Christopher Singleton, and Jonathan Gatlin; great-grandchildren, Hudson and Hattie Bridgeman, Emma Singleton, and Lexi and McKenzie Norris; brothers, Linc Gurley and wife Shelbie and John Gurley and wife Joy. Eric was a man that cherished his friends and family. He would have done anything for them. His love extended to pets that he loved like children: Rudy, Oliver, and Grim. He loved the Razorbacks, Nascar races, great music, and laughing with friends. Racing was one of his passions. In his youth he raced alongside his brothers on his Kawasaki 100, on The Gurleys racing team! He will be missed dearly, but the memories that he left with us will live in our hearts forever.
