Lucille Perry Foster, 86, of Emerson, Ark., died Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Ark. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Emerson. She was a retired teacher and a graduate of Southern State College in Magnolia. She loved gardening, fishing, family, church and was an excellent cook and famous for her pies. Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Willie Estelle Perry; her husband, Joe Ray Foster; and her son, Tim Foster. She is survived by two sons, Steve Foster and wife, Margaret Lee of Hot Springs, Ark. and Phil Foster and wife, Gin of Camden; a brother, Charles Alvin "Pete" Perry and wife, Glenna of Bossier City, La.; a twin sister, Francille Pryor of Camden; three grandchildren: Whitney Moore and husband, Taylor of Little Rock, Ark., Cameron Machen and husband, Matt also of Little Rock, and Chase Foster of Fayetteville, Ark.; and three great-grandchildren: Foster Moore, Hudson Moore and Jack Machen, all of Little Rock. Funeral services for Mrs. Foster will be Monday at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Emerson with Rev. Dale Fish officiating. Burial will be in Hephzibah Cemetery in Emerson.
