Wanda Franscine Stacks

Wanda Franscine "Fran" Stacks was born June 21, 1932 in Newport, Ark., and went to be with the Lord Wednesday July 6, 2016. Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Ethel Carter; brothers, O.C. and Emitt Carter; sisters, Myrl French, Gertrude Hunt and Imogene Smith. She's survived by her brother, William Carter of Louisiana; her husband, Gerald Stacks; daughter, Kathy Dunbar (Bill) and son, Ronald Stacks (Olivia), all of Tumbling Shoals, Ark., with six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Fran was a member Heber Springs First Assembly of God. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 11, 2016 at McArthur Church in Jacksonville, Ark. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at McArthur Church with Rev. Lee Brown and Rev. Marc Bateman officiating. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home (501) 982-2136.
