Kimberly Donna Kutka Tonmanikout

Kimberly Donna Kutka Tonmanikout, 44, of Cabot, died Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was born Feb. 24, 1972 in Ithaca, N.Y. to Richard Kutka and Pamela Newhart Kutka. Her feisty, indomitable spirit became apparent at birth, with a lusty cry filling the room, and continued until her passing. Kimberly learned early on that family is everything, and was the only constant in her life as her military family moved from place to place. The military brought her family to Arkansas, and it became home. Kimberly graduated from Cabot High School in 1989. Following graduation, and with a very strong work ethic, she worked various customer service jobs. She also found great joy and satisfaction in attending ASU Beebe as a non-traditional student, which she continued until being diagnosed with CML. Cancer taught Kimberly far more than it took from her. She learned humility, patience, and how to endure to the end. She learned to cherish every day as a gift, and to make as many happy memories as possible. Before her passing, Kimberly stated "I can truly say like Paul, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" 2 Timothy 4:7. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Somchay and her two daughters, Chonelle and Noelle, who were her most precious treasures; her parents, Richard and Pamela Kutka; siblings, Lorelli, Logan, Helena, and Juliette; many nieces and nephews, and her brothers and sisters in the gospel of Jesus Christ, who were a tremendous comfort to her. A celebration of her life will be Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m., prior to the service. Interment will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Kimberly requested before her passing, that everyone wear casual clothing in their favorite color to her service.
