Late on the evening of Saturday, July 16, 2016 surrounded by his loving family Charles R. Rhudy, of Bryant, Arkansas peacefully passed away. He was born on May 4, 1964 in West Palm Beach, Florida to the late George Washington Rhudy and Loncie Lann Rhudy. Charles worked in the oil and gas industry for many years, but he was most proud of the sixteen years he served as a Staff Sergeant and in Special Forces in the United States Army. Charles was also an avid dog lover. He is survived by his children, Stephanie Rhudy, Brandon Rhudy (Emily) and A.J. Rhudy; his grandchildren, Brycen, Sidalee, Payton, Lexi, Gavin and one yet to be born; his fiancé, Elisa Smith, and her children, Greg and Lyndsey Smith; his brothers, Milton Rhudy (Ida) and Cy Parker (Carol); his sister, Jamie Parker and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Charles' life will be Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home, 6313 W. Markham St., Little Rock, Ark.
