Jeane Ann Arnold Preece

Jeane Ann Arnold Preece of Virginia Beech, Virginia went to be with the Lord on June 24th, 2016 at Norfolk Naval Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. She was born November 12th 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was adopted by Leo L. & Betty L. Arnold of West Fork, Arkansas. She graduated from Greenland High School in May of 1977. She then attended the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in elementary education. She worked at several jobs in the area the last of which was the Washington County Sheriff's Department under Sheriff Kenneth McGee & later Sheriff Tim Helder in the "Records Department." She married Roger D. Preece Jr. on the 16th of June of 2005 & moved to Virginia Beech for the remainder of her life. She was preceded in death by her father, Leo L. Arnold in July of 1988. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roger D. Preece of the home and daughter, Heather Owens Watts as well as her husband Paul their daughter, Ava & son, Anthony Watts of Upstate New York. Also Tim & Yoko Preece. Her mother, Betty L. Arnold of West Fork, her brother, Chuck Arnold & his wife Joy of Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Two nieces, Jennifer Sellers, her husband Joseph & three sons, Christian, Levi, & Joshua of Ozark, Alabama, Andrea Garrison & her husband Dr. Thomas Garrison living abroad in Saudi Aribia where he is a Professor of Chemistry. One nephew Christopher Arnold & his wife Larissa & their daughter Ireland Arnold. A Memorial Service will be held at the "Baptist Ford Church" on July 25th at 2 p.m. with music provided by Regina Arnold & Senior Chaplain Earl Adams officiating. All friends & family are invited to attend this celebration of her life.
