Harold Donald "Tweety" Byrd

Harold Donald "Tweety" Byrd, 77 of Little Rock, passed away June 23, 2016. He was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Ervin and Verda Byrd on July 23, 1938. He was a member of Sandstone Church of Christ. His passion in life was golf, his friends, and his family. He served in the Army from 1959 to 1965. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad in 2000 after being employed as an Electrician for over 40 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers and sisters. He is survived by his children, Michael Byrd of Little Rock, and Karen Pounders of Bryant; and his grandchildren, Christian Sartin, Tiffany Sartin, Shane Sartin, Zachary Byrd, and Isaiah Byrd. Visitation will be held at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 9 a.m. Funeral Service will begin at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Martinville Cemetery in Damascus, Ark.
