Sierra Berry

Sierra LeighAnn (Parkman) Berry, 23, of Beebe passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016. She was born November 11, 1992 in Little Rock, Arkansas to David Parkman and Michelle Willbanks. She loved writing, reading, and acting. After battling cancer for two years she graduated high school on time, and started college a year later to become an elementary school teacher. She continued to fight courageously for another three years. She is survived by her mother, Michelle Willbanks (Shayne); father, David Parkman and dad, Shane Berry. She was a proud sister to Kyle Wilson, Blake Berry, Austin Berry (Molly), Landis Willbanks, Jaxon Willbanks, Eliza Parkman and Prudence Parkman. Sierra is also survived by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Gene Childers and Robert Berry; grandmother, Kerrie Willbanks; grandfathers, Randy Parkman and Sam Young; and her uncle, Wayne Childers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital Oncology Department or Make-A-Wish Foundation. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, March 26 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
