Edward Allen Francis

Edward Allen Francis, 84 of Conway passed from this life on March 29, 2016. Allen was born on Sunday, July 19, 1931 in Takoma Park, Maryland. He was retired from Safeway Store Inc. as Vice President. After he retired, he worked for the Attorney General for two years. Allen was the kind of person you would want as a friend and neighbor. He is preceded by his parents, William and Kathryn Francis; his two children, John and Patricia Lee Francis; two grandchildren, Patricia Ellen and Katie Elizabeth Francis; one brother and five sisters. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Francis of 65 years; three sons, Michael (Theresa) Francis, Jim (Sherry) Francis, and Mitchell (Stephanie) Francis; two daughters, Barbara (Ronnie) Tilley, and Linda Luten; eight grandchildren, Kyle (Jenny) Francis, Brian (Whitney) Francis, Nick (Jennifer) Francis, Carly Brenner, Steven Francis, Hannah (Derek) Farber, Jonathon Luten, and Matt Francis; two sisters, Kathie (Bob) Droter and Paula Jones; one brother- in-law, John Kennedy. Grave side service will be 1 p.m., Friday, April 1, 2016 at The Forest Hill Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas.
